About KidsEndo Care
KidsEndo Care provides online pediatric endocrinology second opinions led by Dr. Aqeel. By booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and provide informed consent for an advisory-only service.
Nature of the Service
All bookings are treated as Second Opinions, whether you are in India or outside.
A Second Opinion means:
– Review of your child’s medical history, reports, and concerns.
– Expert recommendations, education, and guidance.
– Advice intended to support—not replace—the care of your local physician.
Important Limitations:
– We do not prescribe medications or order tests.
– We do not act as the primary or treating doctor.
– This service does not create a doctor–patient relationship in any jurisdiction.
– Emergency or urgent medical care is not provided.
Booking & Eligibility
– Services are available for parents/guardians seeking expert pediatric endocrinology advice for children.
– A parent or legal guardian must be present or provide verifiable consent for minors.
– Misrepresentation of location or purpose may result in cancellation without refund.
Fees, Cancellations & Refunds
– Payment is required at the time of booking; your slot is confirmed only after payment.
Refund policy (all refunds subject to a 7% service charge):
– Cancel ≥24h before appointment → Full refund (minus 7%)
– Cancel 4–24h before appointment → 50% refund (minus 7%)
– Cancel <4h before appointment or no-show → No refund
– Rescheduling is allowed up to 4h before the scheduled start (subject to availability).
– Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on banks/processors.
Telemedicine Consent & Limitations
– This service is educational and advisory only.
– You agree to share the report with your local physician and not make changes to treatment without their guidance.
Emergencies
If your child has urgent or emergency medical needs, you must call your local emergency number or attend the nearest hospital immediately.
KidsEndo Care is not an emergency provider.
Privacy & Data
– We use trusted third-party platforms (Calendly, Stripe, Google Meet/Forms). Data may be processed/stored outside your country.
– Sessions are not recorded unless expressly agreed.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KidsEndo Care / Dr. Aqeel is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential losses from use of services.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing Law & Venue
Services are governed by the laws of India, where Dr. Aqeel holds a valid medical license.
Telemedicine consultations/second opinions are permitted under Indian law.
